Jungian analyst, psychodynamic consultation

If you would like to schedule a call or ask a question, you can contact me using the form below. I work online worldwide and in person in Krakow, Poland.

I can also meet clients in their location when it is professionally appropriate and agreed in advance.

What to expect from the first meeting

The first conversation is an opportunity to ask your questions and get a sense of whether working together feels comfortable for you, as well as whether Jungian analytical psychology suits your needs.

It is a non-obligatory meeting where you can share only as much as you choose. (This is true not only for the first session but for the entire therapeutic process.)

During the first meeting, we will:

  • talk about what brought you to the consultation;
  • discuss how analytical psychotherapy sessions are structured;
  • see whether this format of work feels right for you.

I may ask a few clarifying questions, but you decide how much you want to discuss.
This is a safe space, and nothing will be required from you before you are ready.

If we choose to continue, we will have space to explore your history, emotional experiences, and the unconscious processes that shape your life — at a pace that feels appropriate for you.

Even if you are unsure about regular sessions, the first meeting helps you understand what direction to take next.

Consultations can take place:

  • online, which makes the process accessible from any location;
  • in person in my office in Kraków;
  • in another location, when it is professionally appropriate and agreed in advance.
